The Miracle League of Wilmington, ACCESS Fit, Project SOAR, and Play, would not be possible without dedicated volunteers like you - please scroll below to learn how to volunteer with the program of your interest. Must be 14 years or older to volunteer without a parent or guardian. If younger, must have parent/guardian with volunteer. ALL VOLUNTEERS MUST READ THE ORIENTATION PRIOR TO SIGNING UP.

THE MIRACLE LEAGUE OF WILMINGTON
Miracle League would not be possible without wonderful volunteers to assist our All Stars at bat, help them round the bases, and cheer them on along the way! Description of each opportunity is listed below.
Buddy: (Most Popular) Buddies experience the love, joy, and celebration at the Miracle League of Wilmington by assisting children and adults living with physical and intellectual disabilities.
Coaches: Coaches are experienced volunteers who take a leadership role during games of their team of All Stars and their volunteer Buddies. Volunteer as a coach for the Spring and Fall seasons!
Mascot: Have you ever wanted to be a mascot? Be Homer the Miracle League Mascot for game days and cheer on our All-Stars!

Be A Fit Buddy!
Fit Buddies will assist in implementing adapted exercise programs for young adults, adults and older adults with physical and intellectual disabilities through cardio, balance, flexibility, and strength stations!

Join the SOAR Team as a Program ASSISTANT
The program assistant will assist the Program Coordinator in setting up and implementing adapted sport programs for veterans with service-connected illness or injury. Volunteer Orientation is required.

Play is ACCESS of Wilmington’s signature adapted sport and inclusion programming! Play Days at Miracle Field are designed to be inclusive, bringing individuals with and without disabilities together for an evening of joy, fun, and celebration playing Putt Putt, Parachute, Bowling, Cycling, and more!
