There's A Place for you
There are 3 types of teams to choose from as an All Star:
Tee Ball: Players ages 3-10, are eligible for one of our 2 tee ball teams! This is the perfect fit for our youngest All Stars! On regular game days, each player will get to bat twice, swinging by pitch or tee until they hit the ball. Games are held at 9:30am.
Classic: Players ages 8 and older, are eligible for one of our 6 classic non-competitive teams! On regular game days, each player will get to bat twice, swinging by pitch or tee until they hit the ball. The schedule will reflect game times as times will fluctuate for certain teams.
Competitive: Players ages 8 and older that are interested in playing by traditional softball rules are eligible for one of our 2 competitive teams. Players will swing by pitch and game play will reflect strikes/balls and outs. This is also a great start for those interested in competing in the Special Olympics games. Teams practice at 11:30am on Saturdays prior to the game at 12:00pm.
The schedule will reflect all game times and events such as Picture Day and Trophy Day. To keep all games on schedule, players will only bat once on Picture & Trophy Days.
Scholarships are available for those who need assistance with program cost.

The Miracle League of Wilmington would not be possible without wonderful volunteers to assist our All Stars at bat, help them round the bases, and cheer them on along the way! Learn more on Miracle League volunteer descriptions by clicking the links above and scrolling down.
Game day makeup and CANCELLATION Policy
If we cancel more than one (2 or more) game during the season, an additional game will be added on to the back end of the season. We are allotted one canceled game without makeup during each season. Therefore we will always play a minimum of seven games. Trophy Day will always be the last game of the season.
For inclement weather day-of: if it begins to rain and we have to cancel the rest of the day, so long as 2.5/5 games have been completed, we will not reschedule. If less than 2.5/5 games are played, then an additional day will get tagged on to the end of the season.
Weather cancellations and updates will be communicated via social media and email.
