About ACCESS Fit
ACCESS Fit is a year-round fitness and wellness program designed for adults ages 14+ living with disabilities. ACCESS Fit aims to create community & eliminate barriers to health through accessible and inclusive fitness classes. ACCESS Fit currently serves over 190+ participants at the Miracle Field of Wilmington, and on-site to community members, group homes, day programs, and high schools. The program is held for 12-weeks during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons.

ACCESS Fit Community Group
In addition to our privately schedule group homes, schools, and day programs, we encourage any young adult 14 years old+ to join our Community Groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm to 5:00pm. Each 1-hour session includes a warm-up, cardiovascular, balance, strength, and flexibility training, and cool-down, all adapted for any ability level and physical/intellectual disability.

Registration Fee is $50.00| ACCESS can also accept Innovations Waiver: Community Networking Classes & Conferences to cover payment, contact taylor@accessilm.org for more information. About Access Neurofit
ACCESS NeuroFit is a 12-week virtual fitness program that is adapted to the various needs of individuals with a wide range of neurological impairments, including but not limited to: individuals who have experienced a stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), and Cerebral Palsy (CP). Each session includes a warm up, cardio, strength, balance, and a cool down. Our goal is to improve and maintain physical functioning and reduce the risk of secondary conditions.
Join ACCESS NeuroFit on Tuesdays/Thursdays 12:30-1:30PM, VIRTUALLY! Each 1-hour session, adapted for anyone seated, standing, living with hemiplegia, and more. This program is held VIRTUALLY online.
Registration Fee is $50.00| Scholarship options are available at signup.
